This page explains the privacy choices available to visitors of www.santoraspizzaandcatering.com, operated by Santora’s Pizza and Catering (part of Santora Foods, LLC). It includes the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” choice required by California law.
You are opted out by default
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do use advertising tools (the Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion linking) that may count as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. Those tools are switched off for every visitor until you turn them on. Unless you accept advertising cookies in our cookie banner, no advertising tags run and no advertising cookies are set, so nothing is shared for advertising.
How to change your choice
You can turn advertising cookies on or off at any time by clicking Cookie settings. Choose “Reject all” or switch off the Advertisement category to opt out. Your choice is stored in your browser for 12 months. If you use a different browser or device, or clear your cookies, you will need to make the choice again.
Global Privacy Control
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or a browser extension sends it, we treat it as a request to opt out of sharing for advertising: advertising tags do not run and no advertising cookies are set, even if you accept advertising cookies in the banner. Google’s tag may still send a cookieless, consent-denied signal that carries no advertising identifiers. Analytics continues to follow your banner choice. Other rights and how to make a request
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy, to have it corrected or deleted, and not to be treated differently for exercising these rights. To make a request:

Tell us which right you are exercising and how we can reach you. We will verify your identity by matching the details you provide against the information we hold (for example, the email address or phone number you used on a form). We respond within 45 days and will tell you if we need more time. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request for you; we will ask for written permission from you or other proof of the agent’s authority. We do not charge for requests and we will not discriminate against you for making one.
Under 16
We do not knowingly collect or share personal information from anyone under 16 years of age. Because advertising tools are off by default, we never share the information of a visitor under 16 for advertising without opt-in consent. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
